Purple Eyeshadow and Shopping

I wore Louis by Antoinette's Revolution Cosmetics on Friday and put on a red lipstain to go with it.

Look at the pretty blue sheen!

Max Factor lipstain in 06, with MIYO gloss on top.

The purple makes my eyes look really green, I think.

I tried to get away one more day with the curls,
so I put my hair in a ponytail on one side.

Also made those earring a week ago! They jingle when I walk.

I've also been shopping a bit, although I'm trying to save money for the upcoming trip to Leipzig. I got a Dita von Teese book from the Finnish goth fleamarket on Facebook, and bought the other book from Bookdepository.com. I got them both mainly for the nice pictures :) The art of burlesque has tons of pretty pictures of Dita, and the empire of death is a study of charnel houses and ossuaries. Meaning lots of pictures of bones, mummies, decorated skeletons and such. Here's the website of Empire of Death, there's some nice pictures there too. I can't remember who's blog had the link, because that's how I found the book. I'm still reading A Dance with Dragons by George R. R. Martin, but I always have time to look at pretty pictures.

  1. I love the shade on your eyes! I have the same with my eyes. Sometimes they look green and sometimes more blue.

    1. Thank you! I'd love to have blue eyes, but luckily these mixed ones can be made to look like a lot of colours ;P

  2. Beautiful makeup - purple is my favourite and also LOVE your top!

The Empire of Death looks like an interesting read and I'm very much interested in getting it after looking at the website you linked us to! I'm also reading the Game of Thrones book series at the moment and am absolutely enthralled by them! I'm also a little addicted to the television series too! xxx

    1. Thanks! Game of Thrones books are awesome, I'm just worried that I only have about two hundred pages left and then lord know when the next part will be published. But I really love the writer's style! I saw the first season of the series and was so excited I read the first two books super fast.

Glad you like the Empire of Death! The book is very high quality, hard cover with lots of colour pictures, I can definitely recommend it. I think the price was around 30 euros, it didn't feel too steep since the book is so well made.

    1. Thanks for the comment! The top is actually a tunic, I think, it's too short for a dress and too long to be a shirt. It's by Kreepville and they seem to still sell it here: http://www.kreepsville666.com/

The colours in their pictures are not true to life, the colours are less bright in real life. The tunic thingy is really comfortable and they have many colours, I've been drooling over a black/white version!
