Black Wall, Pink Hair
I was supposed to take pictures of the ombre lips I did, but they didn't look that nice in close-ups, so here's few full face pics! I'm wearing Sleek blush in Rose Gold and an assortment of Pretty Zombie matte lipsticks.

ReplyDeleteI think you look quite a lot younger in these pictures than otherwise.. Can that be owing to the unusual lip colour?
Thanks! It did take some time to get right! I think the new lights smooth out skin very well, and I'm wearing blush that has a golden sheen, which makes my face shape look a bit different than usual. And the bold lips allow me to overline my natural lips, which might also affect the pictures quite a lot. I'm actually not wearing any foundation, so there's a lot of differences compared to the usual pictures I take :)

Thank you! I think the trick is to just wear whatever you like ;D But it is important to feel good in the make-up, and it takes time to get used to bold colors.

Thank you! I guess I should take more full face shots then! For reviews, I often take a a picture of just the one product being work, so other things don't distract. But it could be even better to show it in context.

ReplyDeleteHa ha your cat is so cute. I remember kissing my bird on the beak with lipstick on and leaving lipstick on his beak. I am sure he thought he looked fancy!
Thank you! Magnus is simply interested in anything and everything. He's the only cat I've ever met who came running to see what was happening when I blow dried my hair the first time after he had arrived. All our other cats just run away ;D

ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm very happy with the new haircut! I sometimes miss my bangs, but I think that's only due to the length they are now (= constantly-falling-in-your-eyes-length). I'm already looking forward to styling the bangs when they grow out more!
