First there's the club Bella Morte. This time we have not one, not two but three bands playing, so prepare for an awesome night of dancing and good music! For more information, see Club Bella Morte Machineries of Joy Facebook event. I'm DJ'ing, but the night is mostly about live music :)
And to prepare for the night you can go shopping for new clothes, shoes and other gothy things! In the same venue, ravintola Laterna, but earlier in the day we have a gothic flea market event. I'm running this circus and so far things look really good. There's plenty of people coming and currently all of the tables for sellers are reserved. You can still get on the list to get a table in case someone cancels. For details, see the Facebook event.
This is the first live flea market event for Goottikirppis, which operates on Facebook, but we admins are interested in organizing more events if it seems to draw in many people and work well.
i hope one day i can go to finland for a holiday and attend at an event like this :-)
ReplyDeleteThat would be great! Finland is a great place for subcultures, there are many events :)
DeleteThe European alternative scene seems so much busier than the Aussie one!
ReplyDeleteI think it's down to city size and population type. I live in a city that's small but has many universities, which means lots of students who are active with subcultures and like to go out. The perfect conditions for arranging events!
DeleteThanks for sharing, will be there!
ReplyDeleteWelcome!
