My other half proposed to me last month, so we are officially engaged. The next step, aside from starting the wedding arrangements, was to get some nice pictures to celebrate the event. We thought to get some more formal pictures and then more gothic ones, because that's who we are :) Tiina of Rogue lent me a gorgeous corset and a skirt, and the more gothy outfit was from my own closet. My other half had a nice suit and a darker version in his stash.
Photos are by Eliza Rask, I highly recommend her if you need some professional photos done!
Which one is your favourite?
Both lovely photos, and congratulations!!
ReplyDeleteBoth are wonderfull!
ReplyDeleteYou guys look awesome. Both are beautiful. I'm so happy for you guys! ^.^
ReplyDeleteBoth are gorgeous! Congrats
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely couple *-* congrats!!! of course I prefer the Gothic version, but the formal is beautiful too ! :D
ReplyDeleteThey are both stunning and it's hard to pick a favourite but I am leaning towards the second one. :)
ReplyDeleteI love both photos! You are a great looking couple!
ReplyDeleteOoi onnea!! Ihanat kuvat molemmat, mutta ehkä alempi kuva vie voiton ;)
ReplyDeleteBoth photo sets are lovely! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations for your engagement!! You are a very beautiful couple, it's hard to chose between the two pictures.
ReplyDeleteAnnatar
SO PRETTY <3
ReplyDeleteBoth of them! *o*
I'm so happy for you!
the second one, although bought are nice
ReplyDeleteBoth are nice but the second one is amazing. Your eyes on this one are so expressive, as if you were so confident about who you two are.
ReplyDeleteyou both look beautiful, congratulations!
ReplyDeleteNiin upeita kuvia teistä! Kummassakin otoksessa on kyllä puolensa, mahdoton valita suosikkia noista ^^
ReplyDeleteBoth are great - I slightly prefer the second one! I notice your engagement ring has changed in your recent posts.... Being very nosey but do tell us the story behind the change if you don't mind?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your lovely comments, everyone! For the latest anonymous, we chose to get matching plain silver rings mainly because we needed a ring for my other half and the original ring was a tiny bit too big for me so I was constantly afraid of losing it! It's made of stone, so it can't really be modified, so I plan to make a necklace of it :) We are most likely getting fancier rings for the wedding, but these plain silver ones are great for the time being, thin and nice to wear and so cheap that I won't be devastated if I lose mine. I'm a klutz with rings ;D
ReplyDeletevoi miten ihania kuvia, onnea aivan hurjan paljon ^^ varsinkin tuo alempi kuva on jotenkin erityisen hieno :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea - can't wait to read all about your wedding plans! I'm sure it will be quite a stunning wedding :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised I prefer the "formal" black-white one more, to me it has a very edgy, gothy look, and a very elegant outcome. It looks a bit victorian-esque to me, with you wearing a corset, fascinator and long sleek skirt, and him wearing such a great vest (I'm really into those).
ReplyDeleteThe second picture is wonderful with the posture and everything, but looks like a snapshot right before entering the clubbing venue, or like a band project shoot, not an engagement picture (at least I wouldn't associate the one with the other).
