Berlin Saturday

On Saturday we went to the Tierpark Zoo to see some animals, the weather was lovely and most of the animals were active.

The polar bears.

A fancy peacock.

Me and the ridiculously huge lions ;P

Tigers.

A pot bellied pig.

Me and the manatees. They were huge and just floated in the water!

The rhino just before he tried to pee at people.

A seahorse!


A piranha, very glittery!

They had a whole house for snakes, and there were at least a thousand different species of turtles.

Afterwards we went for dinner at a Greek restaurant. This is me not looking properly excited for some free ouzo.

Nina does a better job!
We ended the night by going to the Last Cathedral, a horror style bar on Schönhauser Allee. They had cheap beer, good music and even a scantily clad lady dancing on the bar, a great place ;)

    I love the zoo!!! And Last Cathedral is a great bar, their beer towers are insane and the music is always great! Happy to see you had a great time!

      Tierpark was great! I've been to the other one before, but Tierpark is so nice with it's atmosphere so I prefer it. I think there was a beer tower in one table, looked like fun :)

    It looks like a lovely zoo! The rhino trying to pee on people sounds kind of exciting. ;o)
